idyllic sunday
-Slept in -Woke up to a cute boy -Ate blueberry pancakes and watched South Park -Walked through the woods -Played with awesome dogs -Dipped our feet in the pond -Had a connection with the coolest dragonfly -Laid in the sun -Read books -Napped -Had dinner in an old mill converted into a restaurant
I have that melancholy feeling you get after a really good trip is over and you come home and unpack.

Off to Canada for a few days
The Motherland is calling, and I cannot wait to spend a blissful time on the lake in my house up there. I haven’t been there in over two years and I’ve missed it dearly. I got my loon tattoo in honor of it and it hasn’t been there yet - symbolism to unfold!
Lake, swimming, food, sleeping, reading, and drinking with no other cares, here I come.

my dad sucks/is awesome
I often first describe my dad to people by saying “My dad is such an asshole”. But I shouldn’t, because people interpret it the wrong way. Yesterday
-volunteered at one of my absolute favorite museums Mass MoCA -helped set up a guerrilla art lemonade stand in North Adams -drank amazing lemonade with mint and real lemons -sold out of it -played croquet -laid out in the sun -hung out with a lot of cool dogs -ate pizza while watching experimental art films -watched the Harvest Fest episode of Parks & Rec

moved today for the third time this year
There is something about moving from place to place a lot that really makes you keep the amount of stuff you have down. Today I managed to fit all my personal belongings into the back of a mom van and I still felt like it was too much. Stayed up all night
