After something like 20+ hours of cutting letters out of matte board with an x-acto knife (I stopped keeping track after a certain point), I am ready to go put up the first of what will hopefully be four installations. I’ve been really influenced by situationist and installation artists as of late, especially ones who pursue the same themes as I do in my own work: the past, nostalgia, loss, and letting go.
